Our Methodology

How HerVitalityGuide researches, verifies, and reviews the products we cover.

What we check before writing a review

For every product, we start with the ingredient list, not the sales page. We look at what's actually been studied for the symptom the product claims to address, and we distinguish between ingredients with real clinical support and ingredients included mostly on the strength of traditional use.

We also read the seller's marketing with a skeptical eye. If a sales page uses manufactured urgency, like a countdown timer, or vague "proprietary blend" language to avoid disclosing dosages, we call that out directly in the review.

How we make money

HerVitalityGuide is reader-supported. When you buy a product through a link on this site, we may earn an affiliate commission at no extra cost to you. No brand pays us for a positive review, and no brand sees our verdict before it's published. If a product falls short, our review says so.

What we don't claim

We're not doctors and we don't run clinical trials. Our reviews are editorial analysis of publicly available research and ingredient science, not a substitute for medical advice. When something requires a doctor's attention rather than a supplement, we say that too.
